Invincibolt Lock, produced at 12468 Lagrange Rd. Ste 105, Louisville, KY 40245, comes with a limited lifetime mechanical warranty to the original purchaser of the Invincibolt product against defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Invincibolt Locks LLC recommends its products to be installed on structures which conform to local building codes and strictly adhere to building codes and manufacturer’s installation instructions and specifications.

This limited warranty does not apply to Invincibolt products if used on wood doors, sliding patio Doors, double doors, windows, or uses other than on standard entry doors. This limited warranty should not be construed as warranting against the failure of the door on which the Invincibolt is installed, but only on the Invincibolt itself. This limited warranty does not apply to the keyed lock portion of the Invincibolt, but is limited to the remainder of the Invincibolt device. This limited warranty also does not include damages from faulty, negligent, or improper installation (including but not limited to drilling into doorbell or other electrical wiring), misuse, negligence, willful abuse or damage as a result from fire, lightning, earthquake or other Acts of God, settlement or failure of the structure (including foundations and walls), rust or surface discoloration due to exposure to harmful chemicals, air pollution, normal weathering of surface, efflorescence, oxidation, the use of cutting tools on the Invincibolt, or other causes beyond the control of the manufacturer.

Subject to the terms hereof, Invincibolt Locks LLC warrants Invincibolt against defects in material and workmanship for life to the original purchaser.

If you feel the Invincibolt is not free from material and workmanship defects in violation of the limited warranty herein, write to the Customer Service Department of Invincibolt Locks LLC, 12468 Lagrange Rd. Ste 105, Louisville, KY 40245. Correspondence must include: 1) the name of the person or entity making the claim; 2) the name and address of the original distributor; 3) the product that is involved; 4) the claimed defect; 5) the address where the defective product can be inspected; 6) square and/or lineal footage of the project and 7) photos of the defect. Invincibolt Locks LLC will reply within ten (10) days of receipt of your letter advising the appropriate actions. If Invincibolt Locks LLC determines the material is defective in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty, Invincibolt Locks LLC will (at its option and in its sole discretion) either: 1) repair the defective product or component part; 2) replace the defective product or component part, including the cost of shipping; or 3) refund the original purchase price of the defective product. The foregoing remedies are the only remedies available for breach of warranty or any other legal theory. This limited warranty applies to the Invincibolt product only, not labor costs associated with installation, re-installation or repair. Invincibolt Locks LLC reserves the right to discontinue and/or make changes to any of its products. In the event the product covered by this limited warranty is unavailable, Invincibolt Locks LLC shall have the right to substitute products that, in Invincibolt Locks LLC’s discretion, is of comparable quality or price. In no event shall Invincibolt Locks LLC be responsible for labor costs to remove or replace materials.

No representative of Invincibolt Locks LLC, distributor, or dealer has the authority to change or modify this limited warranty either orally or in writing in any respect. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this limited warranty shall be valid only if the customer sends the following information to Invincibolt Locks LLC, 12468 Lagrange Rd. Ste 105, Louisville, Ky. 40245, within 30 days after the date of purchase: (1) Customer Name; (2) the Invincibolt product purchased and installed by customer; (3) Date of installation; (4) street address of installation; and (5) . The foregoing information must be sent to Invincibolt Locks LLC, Inc. by certified mail, return receipt requested, or registered United States mail. Failure of the customer to provide proof of receipt by Invincibolt Locks LLC within thirty (30) days following the date of purchase will void this limited warranty.

This limited warranty extends only to the “original purchaser”. The term “original purchaser” as used in this limited warranty, means the consumer who purchases an Invincibolt from an authorized retailer. This limited warranty is not assignable or transferable.

DISCLAIMER: This Invincibolt is intended for use in unoccupied homes or other structures, or for use in occupied homes or other structures during times of extended absence by the homeowner or occupant. THE INVINCIBOLT CANNOT BE UNLOCKED OR REMOVED FROM INSIDE THE HOME OR OTHER STRUCTURE, MAKING ANY EXIT UNUSABLE IN THE CASE OF FIRE OR OTHER CASUALTY OR EMERGENCY. THE INVINCIBOLT SHOULD NOT BE USED AS AN “EVERY DAY” SECURITY DEVICE. Use of the Invincibolt by a user is at the user’s own risk.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER SETS FORTH INVINCIBOLT LOCKS LLC’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ITS INVINCIBOLT PRODUCTS. INVINCIBOLT LOCKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. THE BUYER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER SHALL BE AS SPECIFIED HEREIN. INVINCIBOLT LOCKS LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES OF CUSTOMER AND THE COMPLETE LIABILITY OF INVINCiBOLT LOCKS LLC. IN THE EVENT STATE LAW PRECLUDES AN EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE DURATION OF SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE NO LONGER THAN, AND THE TIME AND MANNER OF PRESENTING ANY CLAIM THEREON SHALL BE THE SAME AS, THAT PROVIDED IN THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED HEREIN.
