About Invincibolt Locks
Invincibolt Locks LLC is a Louisville, Kentucky company that designed and sells the InvinciBolt Lock, a metal deadbolt that mounts on the outside of an entry door and locks with a key from outside.
Why we made it
We built the InvinciBolt Lock for our own investment properties, to protect them while they sat empty between tenants and during repairs.
Who buys it
Our buyers include landlords, rehabbers, property-preservation companies and nonprofit housing organizations. These pages walk through four common uses:
Safety rules
The InvinciBolt Lock cannot be unlocked or removed from inside. While it is locked, that door cannot be used as an exit. That is why we sell it only for buildings with no one in them, and why the product page and the warranty say so too. Read our Safe Use and Property Access rules before you buy, and see Why It’s for Empty Buildings Only for the building and fire code background.
